 At LTM, we can create a concrete mix to fit the most exacting specifications. Whether you need product for a backyard patio or an interstate highway, our computerized batching system can formulate mixes to fit any need - from slurry backfill to LTM's exclusive BulletProof ® Premium Concrete dispatched out of any one of our three plants, and everything in between. We use only the finest aggregate and sand for top quality mixes that will stand the test of time.

LIMITED WARRANTY
* Manufacturer's Limited Warranty for BulletProof ® Concrete: LTM, Incorporated ("Manufacturer") provides the following limited warranty for its product known as BulletProof ® Concrete ("the Product"). Provided the Product is properly installed by a licensed contractor according to ASTM specifications and guidelines, and used for the purpose for which it was intended, Manufacturer warrants that Product will be free from spawling, checking, and disintegration for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation. If the Product develops spawling, checking or disintegration within this warranty period, Manufacturer will remove and replace the Product at its cost.
Limitation of Liability: Manufacturer's liability for failure of the product to meet this warranty is strictly limited to removal and replacement as set forth above. Manufacturer is not liable for any other damage or cost of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation; personal injury, property damage, loss of business, lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damage.
Disclaimer: This warranty does not cover surface cracking, improper workmanship, or installation, or damage caused by improper installation or failure of the sub-base for any reason. Manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by seismic or other ground movement, flooding, or other catastrophic acts of nature.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES: EXCEPT AS SET FOR ABOVE, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, PROVIDED WITH THIS PRODUCT: INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To make a claim under this warranty, the owner must provide Manufacturer with a written notice specifying the location of the product and the nature of the failure within ten (10) years from the date of installation. Manufacturer shall have no obligation with respect to this warranty unless and until such written notice is provided. |
